BHT Building Consultancy were appointed by Hastingwood Securities Ltd to prepare a Landlord’s Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations. The unit had received a substantial tenant fit-out and the unit had been used as a banking hall with staff offices.
Before Refurbishment
Following a successful dilapidations period in which 80% of the original claim had been recovered BHT Building Consultancy were appointed as Contract Administrator and CDM Principal Designer. Our brief was to return the premises back to a Grade A office space.
Works were undertaken by Waingap Contracts and the scope of work included:
• Removal of all previous tenant fixtures, fittings and fit-out.
• Substantial Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment works.
• Full external envelope repairs and refurbishments.
• Bathroom accommodation refurbishment.
• New kitchenette installations.
• Office suite refurbishments throughout.
After Refurbishment
The unit is now available to Let through Brackenridge Hanson Tate.
