Acting as Contract Administrator we have recently completed the internal refurbishment of a retail unit in Goole town centre on behalf of Keynote Investments Co. Ltd.

The unit was left half-stripped and in an un-lettable condition. The Landlord requested we put the unit back to shell condition ready for lettings and a new tenant.

Works included roofing repairs, re-lining perimeter walls, new suspended ceiling finishes, removal of existing floor finishes and screed before applying a new self-levelling screed throughout, re-configuration of the existing electrical installations, servicing and testing of the A/C installations and full decorations throughout.

The works were completed within three weeks by Waingap Contracts Limited.
